HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?

It depends on what the problem and repair is, but usually not more than 1-3 hours.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept cash and have a handy little card reader with me which accepts contactless such as apple pay, Samsung pay and google pay, Mastercard and visa.

DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?

I do strive for this, yes. Reliable parts are high on the priority list, you don't want to just have a new screen and it either breaking down a month later or it not following up on expectations.

I LIVE IN AN AREA THAT IS NOT SHOWN ON YOUR MAP. CAN YOU STILL COME OVER?

DO YOU DO HARDWARE REPAIRS ON MOBILE PHONES AND TABLETS?

Unfortunately not, I have some hands-on experience with taking apart my own phone, but not enough to promise you, the customer, that I won't destroy a part while I work on it. I do however have extensive software knowledge about phones and tablets so any software-related queries are more than welcome!

I NEED A NEW COMPUTER, CAN YOU HELP ME PICK ONE?

Most certainly! I can come out to you and we can order a computer online that would be appropriate for your use case over a cup of coffee or tea, or you can message me for free e-mail consultation.

HAVE YOU HAD THE COVID VACCINE?
